■Description
ISO Yokohama was started by a Yokohama property owner who realized their client's
office needs have changed significantly in recent years. As there were an ever
increasing number of young and rapidly growing companies in the Yokohama region,
ISO Yokohama realized that they needed to offer small, flexible offices at a reasonable
cost which can be quickly reconfigured as the size and needs of their clients
grow. Today there are approximately 50 companies using the ISO Yokohama facilities
ranging from one-person 'virtual' offices to 15 person companies using a wide
array of services. ISO Yokohama aims to be a 'one-stop-shop' for start-up companies
providing not just a flexible office facility but additional support needed early-stage
companies.

and high-speed internet access. Users only need to bring their PC with a LAN port
or interface card and can begin operations from day one. |

| Meeting rooms, common lounge facilities, copy machines and
discounted sports-club membership are provided. A limited amount of free legal
and accounting consultation is available. With ISO Yokohama's large and diverse
client base, there are often opportunities for members to enter into business
collaboration where there is a mutual opportunity. ISO Yokohama encourages and
facilitates this type of collaboration through the 'ISO Club' formal meetings
and informal events organized by ISO Yokohama. |
